Minerva Health Manager is designed to be simple to use. No matter where you are in the software, if you’re lost, there’s always help nearby. Just go to the top of your Minerva Health Manager screen and click on “Help”, hit the F1 function key, or click on the question mark symbol located throughout the program. You will be led to a list of options in the extensive Help System to resolve any question you may have. Software tips and multiple online support resources provide a full range of help to all Minerva Health Manager users.
The Minerva Health Manager software includes an extensive Help File system that explains all the program menu options, features, and usage. The Help system is the primary source of program information and it provides three methods of finding the desired information - Contents, Index, and Search. Minerva Health Manager also provides tool tips and context-sensitive tips at selected locations in the software and tool tips.
The Minerva Health Manager online support options include an extensive Knowledgebase that is especially helpful during off hours, and free assisted support options consisting of chat sessions and email support. Paid support phone sessions are also available upon request to handle requests that originate from a phone call rather than through the Web.Back to top
