Medical Alerts
Alert providers to critical health issues.
Minerva’s Emergency Medical Alerts allow you to flag certain health information about important diagnoses,
medications, allergies, and treatments that can impact your emergency care. This emergency medical alert status can give your
physician, as well as emergency personnel, quick access to information
about critical health situations, such as a life-threatening allergy alert, which can help put you in a position to
receive the best possible medical care with fewer oversights.
Emergency Medical Alerts can be flagged for any of your personal health entries in the following Minerva Health Topics:
- Health Conditions - Allergies, Diagnoses, Devices and Aids, and Pregnancy
- Medications - Prescription Drugs, Non-Prescription Products, and Vaccinations
- Treatments - Surgical and Non-Surgical Procedures
Minerva also provides another way for you to bring attention to your health conditions - just flag any of your Personal Health Journal entries in these topics as an emergency Medical Alert and they will be included in the Medical Alerts report. This can be very important if you have attachments or other details that emergency responders need to know. Minerva’s Emergency Medical Alerts have their own report that is color coded in a distinctive red b ackground color along with an emergency card so you can have them available for maximum information and access.
