Medical record organization is key with Minerva. Using the Healthcare Folders feature allows you to organize healthcare records that are related to a particular health event or condition - giving you immediate access to the specifics so you no longer have to spend time searching for them. Medical records management is simplified by using Healthcare Folders, the electronic equivalent of creating a paper folder to organize healthcare records.

For example, if you suffer from a chronic back condition, creating a unique Healthcare Folder for this condition enables you to link all relevant doctors visits, x-rays, lab tests, treatments, medications, Personal Health Journal entries, and more to this one healthcare folder. You can then use the Personal Health Reports feature and print out an organized report of this Healthcare Folder’s entire contents to review for yourself or to share with your doctor. With Minerva, medical records organization is simplified when using Healthcare Folders.

There is no limit on the number of Healthcare Folders, so you could create a Healthcare Folder for each of your major health conditions for which you have entries in multiple Minerva Health Topics. And if a visit or test applies to two of your health conditions, just assign it to both Healthcare Folders and your medical records will be instantly organized in each Healthcare Folder. Rest assured that if you decide to delete a Healthcare Folder that has been assigned to various health entries, only the folder and the assignments will be deleted - your health entries will remain in your personal health record.
