Personal Health Journal
Taking notes for better health.
Recording your health experiences can help you remember the details you want to track or share with your doctor at your next visit.
Minerva has a special Personal Health Journal section for you to make notations on anything that you deem important to your personal health record.
Use the
Personal Health Journal to enter information about your health visits, ailments, symptoms, and tests. You can even use it as a personal health
diary to record daily activities that might be important to your health, such as if you were asked to track your daily food intake or your
resting heart rate.
Personal Health Journal entries can be associated with any of the Health Topics and they can also include attachments, which makes the information that can be contained in each entry almost limitless.
The main Personal Health Journal summary screen lists all of the journal entries and allows you to sort them by a variety of criteria - including family member, subject, and date - for easy reference. Personal Health Journal entries are also a part of your Personal Health Record, so your notes can accompany other important health information on your Minerva Flash Drive or in a printed report for your doctor.
