Personal Health Graphs
A healthier picture.
Minerva’s Personal Health Graphs tool provides a graphical display of your lab test results, physical measurements and vital sign information contained in
your Personal Health Record. Your Personal Health Graphs, or Personal Health Charts
as they are sometimes called, can chart blood pressure, weight,
cholesterol, blood glucose, and much more. The Personal Health Graphs are an excellent way to chart your health progress,
as well as help manage your current health status.
Personal Health Graphs make it easy to answer questions such as, "Is my diet working?", and "Am I maintaining consistent
blood pressures within the normal range?"
Some of the more common Personal Health Graphs include:
- Physical Measurements - height, weight, and body mass index (BMI)
- Vital Signs - blood pressure, pulse rate, and temperature
- Lab Tests - bilirubin, calcium, cholesterol, creatinine, glucose, hemoglobin, platelet count, red blood cell count, sodium, thyroid stimulating hormone, triglyceride, and white blood cell count
For each of the Personal Health Graphs, you select a health topic, test name, start and end date, as well as a graph interval - daily or monthly. Minerva does the rest. Your data is immediately plotted with trend lines and an average value for the graph period. You are also given numerical values of the maximum, minimum, and average values. Best of all, you can easily generate a report to print or to share with your doctor whenever you like.
