Attach Medical Records

With Minerva, you can easily attach medical records, images or documents to your Minerva Health Record, so your doctor or a new
specialist can access official test results. You’ll have at your fingertips the option to view x-rays, ultrasounds and other imaging. Include copies of your diagnoses and test results from a doctor, lab or hospital in-patient visit.
You can even attach copies of important legal documents such
as an Advance Directive. With Minerva, managing attachments includes x-ray management and much more.
Once entered into Minerva, your attachments can be viewed within the attachments directory or within the associated health topic entry, Personal Health Journal entry, or Healthcare Folders report.
Besides using the Attachments feature to attach medical records or to link to important health documents and files, you can also use it to store links to Internet websites. So you can research your medical condition using the Minerva Health Education Center and other Internet health sites, and save the important Internet addresses for your health condition right in Minerva. Then just click on the link whenever you want to return to the website.
And your attachments will be available for your entire family and doctor to view on your Minerva Flash Drive. But don't worry about privacy issues associated with attachments on your computer and Minerva Flash Drive, you can always specify to encrypt your attachments which combined with password protection prevents unauthorized access.
