1. What are the requirements to download and run Minerva Health Manager? Minerva Health Manager requires a high-speed Internet connection and a Windows-compatible computer.

2. How long will the download take? The download file is more than 150MB, so a high-speed Internet connection will take only a few minutes to download the entire file.

3. What if I need to stop the download or the download is interrupted? Once you resume download, the software will continue downloading from where it left off.

4. Does Minerva Health Manager software run on a PC? Minerva Health Manager software will run on a PC that has Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7 operating systems.

5. Does Minerva Health Manager software run on a Mac operating system? Currently, Minerva Health Manager runs on Windows compatible computers. However, Minerva Health Manager will run on a Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard using the built-in utility called Boot Camp that lets you install Windows XP and Vista and run them at native speeds. Setup is simple and safe for your Mac files. After you’ve completed the installation, you can boot up your Mac using either Mac OS X or Windows (that’s why it’s called Boot Camp). Or, if you want to run Windows and Mac applications at the same time, without rebooting, you can install Windows using VMware Fusion, Parallels Desktop, Sun’s free VirtualBox or other popular virtual PC products. VMware, Parallels and Windows are sold separately. Additionally, at this time, your Emergency Health Records exported from Minerva Health Manager can be viewed on either a PC or Mac (a virtual PC is not required) by inserting your Minerva Flash Drive into the computer’s USB port.

6. What are the recommended system requirements for Minerva Health Manager? Minerva Health Manager is a 32-bit application for use on Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7 operating systems.

Recommended System Configuration:

At least 1 GHz Intel Pentium IV or equivalent computer
1 gigabyte (GB) of RAM
XVGA (1024x768)
Hard disk with at least 1 GB of free space
CD or DVD drive
Keyboard and Microsoft Mouse or compatible pointing device
Hi-Speed USB port (USB 2.0)
Internet access with at least a 1500 Kbps modem (DSL or Cable Modem) for downloads and to access online features

7. Can I use Minerva Health Manager on another computer or laptop? No, there is only one computer installation per license.
